Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase:
- You are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return a product, or inform us that you want to return the product, within seven working days.
- Items should be returned in original packaging.
- You will need to pay for the cost of returning the goods.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item for details of returns procedure.
How long will it take to get a refund for my returned order?
We will aim to refund you within 5 working days from when we receive your items – please allow an additional 3 days for your items to be delivered back to us. This will be payed back via the original method of payment.

Free Standard Delivery – 2nd Class – £0.00
- Delivery of your order is usually by Royal Mail
- Delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days.
- Standard Delivery is available for all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.
First Class Delivery – £3.45
- Shipping of your order is usually by Royal Mail
- Delivery will be made within 1- 2 working days.
First class & Signed for Delivery – £4.45
- Shipping of your order is usually by Royal Mail
- Delivery will be made within 1- 2 working days.
For shipping to the Republic of Ireland
First class Shipping – flat rate of £6.20
- Delivery is usually made within 5 working days.
First class & Signed for – flat rate of £10.55
- Delivery is usually made within 5 working days.
